Online Notary Service

A Notary Public for the State of Texas is a sworn ministerial officer of the state who is authorized to perform specific trusted acts in the public interest, such as:

• Acknowledge signatures on documents
• Certify copies of documents (with certain exceptions)
• Perform jurats
• Administer oaths and affirmations

 
We all require the services of a Notary Public from time to time – typically when signing some important legal document.

While a Notary Public is not a lawyer, these public servants facilitate many legal and financial transactions in our personal and business lives.

Dr Hill is commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of Texas.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In-person notarization services are NOT provided at our administrative offices.

Notarization is provided by appointment only, either online^¹ or at your home or place of business.^²

 
¹  Online notarization is performed using our online service partner only.  Their fees apply.
²  We reserve the right to limit our mobile service area.  Travel expenses and a mobile convenience fee will apply.
